The requested information is necessary to prepare a layout map. Please return the application for a screening of your commodities to avoid excess duplications of food, drinks, etc. Please submit your application for review, for we have limited booth space and want to ensure a variety of vendors for our guest’s enjoyment and our vendor’s profitability. Once accepted, you will receive a Vendor Agreement. All vendors will be expected to arrive no later than 9am on Friday, November 18th and remain open during festival hours until 6pm on Sunday, November 20th, unless otherwise specified or formally agreed upon between Festival and Vendor. You are responsible for bringing extension cords, water hoses, Tarps, ropes, cords, staple guns, tie wraps. Please bring garbage bags for cleaning up your area.
